We accept cards, bank transfer and USSD through Paystack. Payment happens right on the checkout page — you never leave shoprealmode.com.

Yes. Payments are processed by Paystack and every order is verified against the payment reference before it is confirmed. We never see or store your card details.

Write to contact@shoprealmode.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll sort it.

Everywhere in Nigeria. Delivery is free on orders above ₦300k. For international orders, email contact@shoprealmode.com and we’ll arrange it.

Lagos orders typically arrive in 1–3 working days. Outside Lagos, allow 3–7 working days. You can also pick up free from our Isolo store.

A flat ₦3,000 within our delivery zones, free store pickup in Isolo, and ₦7,000 for the Festac–Badagry axis. Exact rates show at checkout before you pay.

Our cuts run relaxed — if you’re between sizes or prefer a closer fit, size down. Every product page has a size guide with flat garment measurements.

Yes — we cut and stitch everything in our Lagos atelier, so made-to-measure is possible. Email contact@shoprealmode.com with what you have in mind.

Unworn pieces with tags can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Full details are on the returns page.

Hand-wash cold or dry-clean, inside out. Don’t tumble-dry embellished pieces — the crystals and pearls are set by hand and deserve gentle handling.
